You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your Upwork API credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Upwork freelancer account to use this Service.
You must provide your Upwork OAuth 2.0 API credentials to use our Service. By providing these credentials, you authorize us to access Upwork data on your behalf, limited to:
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with Upwork's Terms of Service. Our Service is designed to be fully compliant with Upwork's policies. All job applications must be submitted through Upwork's official platform.
We are subject to Upwork's API rate limits and terms. Service availability may be affected by Upwork API changes or downtime.
Our Service is offered at $15 per month, which includes 50 AI proposal credits. Additional credits may be purchased separately.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Our AI generates proposal content based on job descriptions and your profile information. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting all proposals. You acknowledge that:

You retain ownership of your profile information, proposals, and other content you create. You grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide the Service.
AI-generated proposals are created specifically for you and become your property once generated. However, we retain the right to use anonymized data for AI training purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
